Weak Spark Yamaha SX200TXRA 2002

Weak spark on my outboard 200 hp.
When testing yellow wire to ignition switch leading to engine I get 13V.
When testing white wire coming from cdi back to kill switch I only get 4.25V.
Does anybody has some suggestions?

your checking the wrong things.
the SX200 uses an alterantor driven ign system, does not rely on battery at all.

Any suggestions as to what I should be testing.
How about testing the charge coils, pulser coil, ignition coils, and the rectifier, diodes?

do you have eiter a peak reading multimeter or a digital metwer with a peak reading adapter ?
