Wear on Tire Side Wall

It appears I have a bit of wear on the side wall of one of my tires of my single axel Karavan trailer. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Not running at recommended air pressure?

What tires?

size?
load rating?
ST tires?
radials?
bias ply?

Total load including the trailer?

It the tires are the proper ones for the trailer, then hitting a curb would be my 1st guess. 2nd would be low air pressure, but would need to be VERY low pressure and quite obvious, also. Is the tire, maybe hitting the fender? But that is too obvious. Scrubbing is more common on dual axle trailers when turning very sharply.
