Wear Pads

Hi all,

Had our boat out today for first time in 2 seasons. Noticed that one of my wear pads is broke/missing. I am reading that these are pretty important so I want to get replaced ASAP. Looking for tips on removal/installation of these. Please let me know the best way to proceed.

The old ones just pull off (likely to break in the process), make sure the holes are clear and push the new ones on.

The part numbers are:
Port: -814386
S'tbd: -814387
