"Down in Florida Waters..."<br /><br />While sports fishing off the Florida coast, gonfishn<br />capsized his boat. He could swim, but his fear of<br />alligators kept him clinging to the overturned craft.<br />Spotting 'ol snapperbait standing on the shore,<br />gonfishn shouted, "Are there any gators around<br />here?!"<br /><br />"Naw," snapper hollered back, "they ain't been<br />around for years!"<br /><br />Feeling safe, gonfishn started swimming leisurely<br />toward the shore.<br /><br />About halfway there he asked snapper,<br />"How'd you get rid of the gators?"<br /><br />"We didn't do nothin,'" snapperbait said.<br /><br />"Wow," said the breathless gonfishn slowing his strokes down.<br /><br />Snapperbait then added, "The sharks got 'em."<br />__________________________________________________<br /><br />"The Sun Bather"<br /><br />LadyFish, who was rather well-proportioned 
, spent<br />almost all of her vacation sunbathing on the roof<br />of her hotel.<br /><br />She wore a bathing suit the first few days, but<br />then, she decided that no one could see her way<br />up there, and she slipped out of it for an overall tan.<br /><br />She'd hardly begun when she heard someone<br />running up the stairs. She was lying on her<br />stomach, so she just pulled a towel over her rear.<br /><br />"Excuse me, ma'am," said the flustered assistant<br />manager of the hotel, out of breath from running<br />up the stairs. "The Hilton doesn't mind your<br />sunbathing on the roof, but we would very much<br />appreciate your wearing a bathing suit as you<br />have done previously."<br /><br />"What difference does it make?" LF asked<br />rather calmly. "No one can see me up here,<br />and besides, I'm covered with a towel."<br /><br />"Not exactly," smiled the man.. "You've been<br />lying on the dining room skylight."
