Wet or dry cylinder-sleeves?

Have a 92 Mercury 50 hp.3 cyl.

Anyone here that can tell me what kind of sleeves on this engine "dry" or "wet" ?

Have a problem with two of them,has worked themselves outwards,are planning to get them pressed back again,
by warming up block and then lock them in its place.
If they were wet it would be an issue with possible waterleak I guess.
