Is it just me or does this totally seem faked. Are we to believe that someone in a second boat was there to take a picture exactly when the whale breached?

I was feeling the same, but also being covered by the so called mainstream media. They even mentioned that they didn't believe it was photo shopped . . .

The whale watcher could be in some trouble if within 200nm from US. NOAA has laws against "harassing whales". And they take great care in protecting the Right Whale.
