The serial number of my merc 115hp straight 6 is 5316032 could anyone tell me its age or where i could find out.Also what should max rpm be ? Am getting 5200rpm at the moment is this right
115HP 5168574 - 5600966 = 1979 6 cyl inline <br /><br />5200 is about right for that motor.<br /><br />Please post further questions in the Mercury & Mariner Outboard Troubles/Repair
