What Am I missing? My 55hp Chrysler Model 555HF has had new points, condensors, fuel pump rebuild, carb rebuild, new plugs, new fuel lines, cleaned magneto?s surface, cleaned flywheel inside, set points to 0.20, and it?s still missing under load. It idles great! (One and an eighth turn on idle screw), but you put it in gear and throttle up a quarter and it misses like crazy! The only thing I have not checked is the reeds. Oh and the compression is 112 on upper and 125 on lower. Is my timing off? How the heck do I check it? I have not messed with it at all. Oh, and it has good spark. What am I missing?
