What are these 2 little accessories ?

Got this boat a couple years ago. Previous owner (at least 2 ago ) added these accessories - don't know what they are. The guy I got it from thought maybe a bottle opener ( chrome ) and some sort of coffee cup holder ( beige plastic ). Anybody know what they are ?

the one is a mount for an attwood gimble drink holder. the other is a mount for a cover bow (you should have a corresponding one on the other side)

Drink holder for sure, but the other one is not for a cover bow.
