what are these for

i know ,so i will say it first , i am an ID10T,but what are these 2 things for one has water written on it and the other just is a hole through the hull

The one that says water is your fresh water intake I'm assuming and the other looks like a bilge pump port

Appears you have a holding tank onboard for fresh water.

Got a galley sink or water fed head/toilet?

it may have had galley sink ? it does have a some sort of tank in middle of boat ,right behind captains chair ,how would you use this hard to see in pic,i thought it was for holding live bait ??? or caught fish like bass fish holder

just a little port a pot and no sink ,but lets just assume it has sink ,how do these work ,do you fill tank ,and draw water from it how ,some sort of pump

last owner not available ,and its a thompson ,so not much info available ,and so many versions that its hard to tell what it had or didn't have

The top one is to fill your potable water tank... You unscrew the plug and fill with a hose.

Then there has to be a tank, pump, and a use for the water...

Could be an electric pump or could be a hand pump on a sink.
