I'm replacing all of my fuel lines because they are badly ethanol eaten. A local dealer had my 5/16 but was in the middle of a huge remodeling and couldn't find any of the two smaller lines that I need to route into and around the carbs.

West Marine just plain didn't have the smaller ones. The guy laughed quietly when I showed them to him and said those were specialty automotive fuel lines for a car and I'd have to go to an auto parts store not a boat store.. I didn't argue . The rest of the dealerships won't be open until Monday..

So what size lines are the smaller ones that run from the main splitter that comes out of the pump, and the tiny ones that run the primer? My OMC manual doesn't have those sizes in it.

I have had a couple issues come up with finding the real small fuel lines , so what I used was the small tygon (yellow) fuel lines used on weed eaters & chainsaws, so far they have worked just fine, available at any small engine shop, or napa. take your old lines and get close the tygon will stretch.

If you want the exact lines go to a Marina that has the sizes or they can order them.

Well unfortunately the only marina here that could probably get it for me is going to take a while to fix their inventory once the finish a big remodeling job. The small fuel lines are just lost right now. They're a good shop I believe them. Normally I'd just wait but I need the boat this weekend.

I did find a Honda shop that had a line that was a tight fit but did go onto the manifold. It's probably the right size as the ones that were on the manifold that snapped (rotted plastic) were extremely tight.

#1 is the hose size I'm still not sure of. It feeds the carb bowls. Nobody knows what size that is? There's a little bit of visible printing on some of them but no size.

#2 are from the primer. They turned out to be 1/16 and I got my hands on some of that from an OMC shop today.

Would that slice in #2 (primer line) have any effect on my fuel system other than dumping fuel rather than delivering it when I push the primer? I am curious whether there is any vacuum system that would depend on this being intact.

Found it:
HOSE, Manifold to #1 carb., 7 1/2 in.. Cut to Length From 25 ft. (7,6m) Roll, 327228 1 Not Available
superseded by 0772571 | BRAIDED HOSE 5/32

But still, thoughts on what effect that sliced primer line might have on the system as a whole, if any?

Don't you just love this F*+^%ing Ethanol. It should be outlawed and to hell with the EPA.
