Hey-
Was hoping you guys could help me find what battery switch I need to get for my situation. This isn't on my boat, rather my fish house, but its the same principle! I have two separate 12 volt batteries. One battery goes to a 12 volt fuse box/ inverter (like you see in an RV). The second battery goes to two ATV winches (used to raise and lower house. The first battery is charged throught the inverter box, and the second battery is charged with a Minnkota on board battery charger, when my generator is running.
What I want to be able to do, is turn battery 1 on/off to control fuse box/inverter, and turn on/off battery 2 to control the winches. I want to keep the batteries separate and not both control the same load, I hope that makes sense. Sometimes both batteries will be on, but most of the time I would just like to have one battery on. Im not for sure if one switch will do this, or I will have to have two separate switches for my system.
Hope this makes sense, Thanks!
