What brand is this vintage outboard

I was browsing craigslist today and came across an outboard I could not tell the brand/year of. Could yall possibly help me?
Its the middle one that I cannot identify.

its not worth nearly as much as you may think and its only worth what you are willing to pay. i wouldnt pay any more than $100 for it if i was sure it could be made to run, or was running. some would pay more, and some would walk away at a $20 asking price. jmo

the old motors are a labor of love......you will never get back the money and time spent to restore one, but it is one of the most enjoyable hobbies out there! nothing like bringing an old ob back to life and using it! jmo

My gut feeling is that its not a Johnson. They typically had square tanks. I'd guess its something like a Waterman or a Caille. If that's the case, it could be worth hundreds to a thousand to a collector, provided its not stuck.

Or, it could just have a homemade tank. Regardless, the leg just doesn't look OMCish.
