Hi everyone I own a 1983 IB/OB mercuiser 898 305 V8 not sure if alpha 1 that what we were told ss# 6251476 have a few question about. 1. I need to find a good manual for it and went to the suggested web site. but didn't have mine. emailed to see if they carry it if not any other suggest were to look for one? 2.on the water when our prop went out was towed back in. Had the prop refubrishedand now it is overheating we pulled the lower drive unit and replace the impeller and put back together. Still is overheating so I check and flushed out all water lines. everthing is clear. did notice when pulled the drain plugs on both side that alot of water came out of the r. side and very little on the L. side is it possible that we need a new water pump? 3. also when put in reverse it stalls out and when we put in drive it does not engaged. any suggestions for me. <br />Thank for your help Cindy
