I have recently purchased a 1990 Raven 195CC 4Cyl., 3L, 19 ft. Mercruiser Alpha 1. I am having trouble finding any information about this boat. I am looking for a spec sheet... (Fuel tank, oil, boat capacity, horsepower, and top speed) I also need to replace the prop, but I'm having no luck locating the one I need. The one I have now is stamped
48-832828C1-17, it is a three-blade aluminum prop. Is this the factory prop for this boat? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Re: What do I have?

Hi there welcome to iboats!:) The propeller is made by Mercury/Mercruiser and named Black Max. It is a 15 diameter x 17 pitch. 48-832828 is the OEM part number,-c1 should be a internal factory casting number for mercruiser, and 17 is the pitch of the propeller. The size sounds typical for a boat such as yours. One of the most important things to know is if your RPM is within the engine manufacturer recommended wide open throttle range for your engine model. There may be a sticker on top of the engine to give you them numbers. You want to be near the higher side of the range while slightly trimmed up on the stern drive if possible.

Haven't been able to find much of the boat factory specifications, but it looks like they may have a 30 gal fuel tank like mentioned in the link below. When you get a chance try to take a look at the fuel tank and see if you can find a label on top of the fuel tank. They usually will have the gallon size stamped into the label.

For your engine specifications, if you can locate the engine serial number typically found near the engine starter, we then should be able to find you detailed info about the engine. Serial number location, http://forums.iboats.com/non-repair...engine-serial-numbers-630103.html#post4398822
