Well guys, I have been fighting my share of trim pump issues on my ol' Mark Twain. I am getting the pump replaced, but where the trim fluid leaked it completely ate the stickiness from the caulkin around the outdrive. I suspect that perhaps they did not use marine grade caulkin. What shoukd I use? I have seen reference to several products here, but still not real crear on which one is the best to use. My boat is fiberglass with a 120 Mercruiser in it. Your advise would be helpful.
