crab bait, Noriega was arrested in 1990 and brought to the US and stood trial and was sentenced to 40 years in prison.<br />that was later reduced to 30 years in 1999.<br /><br />He is up for parole in 2005.<br /><br />The last I heard, in 1999, Panama was seeking extradition for him to stand trial there for murder.<br /><br />As far as milosevic goes, he is on trial now.

This is my last remembrance, too. I believe Noriega is in jail in Florida. Milosevic is in custody arguing over whether his trial should be for war crimes. They sure dropped out of the news, didn't they? My son-in-law got his combat jump wings and Combat Infantryman's Badge in Panama. They came up on an isolated crossroads in the boonies one night and there was a phone booth there. Good old AT&T put them right through to home. It was the first we'd heard since they jumped in.
