what exhaust riser gaskets do I use?

I have a 1980 merc 260 5.7/350 and I took the risers off because of an overheating issue. The starboard side had a non restricted gasket and the port side had a restricted gasket. I am confused on which is the correct application. I have the manifolds with the riser in the rear, not the center. Oh yeah... I also have a raw water system. Thank you in advance for your advice.

I believe You need Mercruiser Service Bulletin # 99-10
