What have I done?

My outboard wont idle and If I do manage to get it into gear it dies quickly. I changed plugs and tried running it, I took the plugs out again and found that half of the plugs did not look like they had fired at all, but I do have spark to all cylinders, What have I done? Please Help!

1988 suzuki 150 hp, The motor has only 197 hours, Very clean and well taken care of. The compression is within 118-110 lbs.

then test the compression, test the spark with a 1/2 inch gap and if both are good its most likly dirty carbs from sitting or trash.
