What is causing these ?

These little droplets keep showing up on my new gel coat after it cures. Non wax layer did the same thing. Very small, the largest is maybe 1/16. Wipe them off, and they are back overnight. 3 coats, all the same result in the exact same spots. Just these, no others. No blisters, but a very tiny pin hole under each one.

Thoughts? Guidance?

Any silicone in the area you're spraying? Not sure if that's even a possible cause but I had silicone (tire dressing) in a plastic spray bottle affect some guitar finishing I was doing once.

I believe on the other side of the hull directly across from this (inside deck) there may be a patch of some sort. Looks like bondo smeared over the non-skid. ? Whatever it is, it is coming out from under the gel coat through very tiny pin holes.

Hi Bayou Bum, In doing my own unrelated research I came upon an article which may be what you're having. On the below link, scroll down to stress cracks and see the second photo in that section. It may or may not be your situation but it might give you something to think about or point you in the right direction. In essence what the article points out is it could be weepage of styrene based fluids from a previous stress crack. Here's the link:

Hope this helps

Very helpful article, thanks for the link. I think this is wee-page of styrene based fluids as described in the article. Not sure now what to do about it. Don't recall any damage at that point prior to the re-coat and now have two more tiny deposits at different places. Could this be caused by not stirring the mix enough prior to application?

I'm not gonna be much help other than giving a very broad response. I'm guessing you'd probably need to find the source of the crack under the deck (maybe a stringer or something) and remove and replace the glass in that area. That's just my guess but I'm certain one of the fine experts on here will explain further. Glad the article helped some.

UPDATE:
Seems the goo is uncured resin from the original build. Boston Whaler specialist have seen this many times, especially in the older boats. I'll do a glass patch/repair here to seal the pinholes and move on with the rest of the project.

Thanks so much for the guidance.
