I find running them through very silty water does a nice job too. :D :D :D <br /><br />Chris.............

Ya want it shiny like chrome and smooth like a babys butt, white rouge and a buffing wheel. But that silty water thingy is worth a shot!!

If you are looking to get rid of the slight rust that plagues many SS props you can wipe on some bottom cleaner like ON-Off and rub it around a little and make sure you rinse it well before it dries.I bought a bronco once that had rust on all the chrome wheels,rust on the running boards and rust on the chromed push bar.I bought it cheap because the rust made it look like crap.I removed all the rust in about 15 minutes with onn-off.Even though it is not recommended for metal (because it is an acid) it takes the rust right off and as long as you rinse well ,no harm done.Charlie

There is an amazing product called ZING made in St. Louis, I think.<br /><br />They have a formula for metal and a fomula for fiberglass.<br /><br />Use gloves---it is acid-based.
