I just recently bought a boat on craigslist and think that i stole it. I paid $3200 for a 1980 Glastron 20' 7" center console with a 175 Hp outboard, rebuilt four years ago with $2500 in receipts and a trailer also rebuilt four years ago with $1600 in receipts. The boat is solid, runs good and in really good shape. He also included two penn trolling reels, a handheld gps, a bimini top and a large cooler with cushion. First question: Did i get a good deal? i researched craigslist in my area and all the boats in the $3k-$4k range were junk. Second question: after tons of research on the internet, i cannot find what model my boat is, i cannot find a 1980 center console glastron anywhere. The tilte just says GLASTRON 1980 but no model number. i would post a picture of the boat but i dont have one. i bought the boat, put it in storage and two days later left out of state for work for two months. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
