What is my year / info for 4hp

hi, can someone tell me that year and which model it is of this outboard i have jsut picked up, i looked on here but couldn't work out which one it is.

Apparently i need a spring or something that lets the prop slip if it hits something but cant find the model number.

Also if plan to use this as a aux motor on my boat, would i be right in thinking if i have this setup on the bracket and just adjust full throttle and lock straight would i be able to use my steering on the main motor as a rudder?

I believe your outboard is a 1978 model year, Assembled in Belgium, hence the Euro serial#. No spring in the prop assembly- just an inner thrust washer, (then the prop), an outer thrust hub, and a propshaft nut.
