What is the best repair manual and where do I get it?

I have a 1995 Evinrude 50 HP with a low idle that nobody knows how to raise so I am going to buy a repair manual and do it myself. Which is the best and where do I get it? Thanks in advance.

You may want check out www.marineengine.com their prices for my engine were somewhat lower for same manual.
