what is the idle speed screw setting?

i know its a dumb question but i need help. its a 55hp crysler 2 stroke 2 cylinder engine.

Idle speed is about 750 warm and in gear.
That's set on the side of the motor.The screw on the front/top of the carb is the air screw.J
