What is this hose for??

New to boating. Just got a 89 SeaRay Weekender. Pulled the boat out of the water and saw this hose with a hole in it. Any ideas of what it is? Boat has an starboard Mercruiser 5.7L

That is the exhaust bellow. It feeds the exhaust down through the prop. It won't hurt anything with that rip in it, but if that one is bad the rest are close to tearing also. Suggest replacing all of them before the boat sinks.
