What about this one..

How do i use this.. i know i have to connect the extesion cord to the side of the boat to the house... but do i turn off the main battery switch to OFF. or ON..

i ask because. when the main switch is oFF. the readon on this BOX goes up to the 15AMP on the Gauges

also . does it charge my battery??

i was planning of buying a honda generator the and rewire this converter to the generator so it could power all the outlet on the boat so i could watch TV or what ever i want to use and also charge the battery when my engine is OFF...

It looks like going to the left shuts it off.. It doesnt look like you can get it out of both tanks at the same time.

The battery charger turns on when you have shore power connected and your battery turned off. The meter is showing that your battery is drawing 15 amps. The water heater just uses heat from the engine to help rise the temp in your water heaters. As for the fuel petcock take the hose clamps off and look at the valve.

I think you should be looking around for an owners manual and start reading...

My boat used to have a water heater. When underway, some of the hot water from the engine was routed through the small hose coming off the t-stat housing and into the water heater. There it would wind its way through coils and then dump overboard. Some of the heat would be transferred into the water tank inside the heater, to heat water from the fresh water tank.

I have the same fuel valve on my boat and you can select one tank or the other but you can't select both at the same time.
