Seen this old thing parked one weekend and was curious what it was for. It has a obvious flat but I think that was the least of its issues. Seemed pretty beat up. Its obviously a trailer of some sort but for what?

If I remember correctly the plat form appeared to be able to slide out and then able to winch it back in or ??? It seemed like it could be raised or lowered as well.

Quite possibly could be a jump ramp of some kind. OP stated that is looked like it could be slid out an winched back in and could have the elevation adjusted...

Ayuh,... I think you're all Dreamin',....I see an old tent-trailer frame that's Beat....
Beat, Patched, Beat, Patched,+ Beat again....
It'll barely support it's own weight,+ now it's got an old truck Flatbed sitting on it, alittle crooked...
A Pile of junk, instead of wasting Twice the realestate....

My thoughts too, I have set up stages that were similar, just not anywhere near as bad as that one.

Looks to me like its a mobile dock. You can back it in, and it appears that there are some plastic floats under it front and rear.

I think it is part of a floating dock. Probably something to allow fluctuating water depths.
