What is up with re-hub

I have a prop I would like to re-hub from 13 spline to 15 spline and the two prop shops I called said it can not be done? I thought it was done all the time. The prop is a Stiletto #21417, currently 13 spline need to rehub to a 15 spline merc.

Is it true that it can not be done?

It's probably a matter of wording. Are you telling them you want to go from a 13 spline to a 15 spline? Or are you telling them you want to rehub the prop to fit a Merc?

from the look of his other post wanting to trade for a merc prop, he is looking to get it to fit his 15spline merc motor. if that shop says no, check others.
