Mercruiser 1992 5L, 2bb Mercarb.
Carb rebuild, new plugs, new wire etc... good tune-up
Motor start right up when cold.
Problem is: after a run and geeting to my fishing destination, slow down the trottle and the motor just shut down and unable to re-start.
Look that there is no gas comming into the carb.
But after sitting all night just start by turning the key.
Just to help you on finding the solution: when I went to start up my Yamaha kicker the primer bulb seems not being able to pump, no air?
Could it be the: vent (but when filling-up gas some escape by the vent, so it should not be block
Anti-syphon? Gas pump (I doubt)
Thank you for you're help

Are you sure it is a fuel problem? It sounds like a coil problem to me as this is how they behave when going bad. Have you removed the flame arrestorand looked down carb while someone pumps the throttle lever to see if the accellerator pump is squirting fuel?

Coil is new and from Mercruiser. There is no gas or even a smell of gas.

Check the tank vents are clear, next time it does it remove the filler cap and you should be able to tell if it’s holding a vacuum when you release the cap.
