What is your oil pressure on your boat?

What oil pressure does your inboard boat run at? I would love to know what it is at idle then what it is on plane and what engine you have.

My 2010 GM 305 Fuel injected MPI 5.0 has been running higher than it used to. This has been confirmed with a manual gauge. Now it is 43 PSI at IDLE and about 70 PSI at 3000 RPM and close to 80 at max RPM of 4900.

Knowing what other inboard motor oil pressures are would help me to know how abnormal this is.

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,.... Temperature plays a huge roll in oil pressures,.....

10 psi per 1,000 rpms is the minimum,.....

I'm running around the same pressure in my 5.7. I noticed when the ambient temperature increases Im more around normal. Im running 25w-40 mercruiser oil.
