What kind of boat is this?

Unfortunately I don't have a photo, but maybe I can describe the little "boat" I saw that made me turn my head. It was not a home-made contraption but appeared to be a commercially available boat. It had two very slim plastic "poontoons" though they look more like skis instead of big fat poontoons, and a guy was driving it in a sort of reclined position, almost like he was sitting in a reclining lawn chair. It appeared to have room for another occupant next to him. It had a nifty sun canopy over the driver, and it was powered by 25 HP Mercury outboard. (Yes, a 25 horse...not a 2.5 hp...). He had controls to operate the motor (or at least steer it) from his seated position so he didn't have to grip the motor to steer. I wish I had a picture.

I've done a google search for something like this but no luck. It's not a modified personal pontoon boat that you see if you do a search for personal pontoon boat. There was a brand name on the side of it that couldn't make out, but I want to say it said something like "Cruising Cart" ... but that wasn't it. Any ideas about what I saw?

I saw one on ebay a few days ago. I can't remember the name and can't seem to find it again. I thought it looked pretty fun.

Yes, that's it! The Craigcat. It did look like a lot of fun, though it's kind of pricey for no more than that....
