What kind of paint will seal small cracks in the hull?

I have a 1985 Sea Ray Seville Cruiser. Water comes into the front mid sections after sitting or riding in the water for an hour or 2. It’s not coming from the rear boat compartment.
It has lots of spider surface cracks but nothing that should cause this. I put marine sealer on everything I can.

I’m thinking possibly a gel coat might help?

check the keel maybe someone damaged it , also there is no paint that will seal a hole that's leaking water for any length of time , also check rub rail it could need re caulking on bottom of it
