what kind of prop would this be?

hey guys, i was just wondering if anyone has seen this kind of prop before and what kind of performance should i expect from it.

Brian, that is a Mercury cleaver 23" pitch prop, made for lighter boats and high speeds.

how well would it work on a 4000lb boat powered by a 454mag? would i be ok running it?
