What make and model do you think this boat is?

Came across this boat while looking for a new project boat. I was told its a Grew from the 80's but can not find it.
Any thoughts?

Howdy.

If it from the 80's, it should have a Hull Identification Number (HIN) on the upper starboard stern. It's 12 or 13 characters starting with 3 letters. The HIN will ID the builder and year of the boat.

Can you find the HIN? Got a title or legal Canadian paperwork?
