What makes a cheap prop cheap?

Im looking to buy one of these three blade aluminum props. They all look identical but the prices are drastically different. Why is that? thanks

I have a mercruiser solas amita 3 blade and already hit 2 sandbars. Still works fine and no bend or fracture. Just no paint!!!!!! Solas are a taiwan company and labor is cheap.

What isn't these days? Of course cheap, may be a short term illusion. Do you keep your US$, in the US, where they may come back to you, or do you send them to Taiwan, where they will never come back.
