What manifolds should i get ?

I have a Mercruiser V8 5.0 from 1999.

Will this is set fit my engine. ?

The thing that confuses me is that the gaskets included in this set dosent look the same as the one on my old manifolds.They look more like these

If the gaskets are missing two holes.Wont that stop the water from
flowing correctly ?
