What Merc Model is this???

This is the motor that came with my boat, it has most merc parts except the intake has a chevy symbol stamped in it and it has a webber 4 bbL carb on it. Any idea what model 350 this is???

I can't help much but can say that if you post serial #'s it will help others pin point the info.
