What mounting holes do I use?

Im getting ready to hang a 84' 70hp evinrude on my glastron
what mounting holes should I use
the boat came with no motor so I have nothing to go by

With the motor level make the cavitaion plate even with the bottom of the boat.

where should I start as far as where to put the long tilt stop bar that adjusts how far down the motor will tilt down

If you have power T/N/T all the way to the bottom. If you have manual tilt start in the second hole out. That will get you started and you can fine tune from there to find a balance between holeshot and wide open speed.
