What oil????

Going to replace the oil (lower unit)in a 7.5hp evinrude 1982. Can some one tell me what weight oil I should use?? I got some valvoline 80w -90 high performance gear oil would this work???

I would stick with outboard gear lube available <br />most anywhere.

Dose anyone know aproximatley how much oil is required??? Hate to not have enough!
