92 sea ray bowrider 220 i/o
last offseason i re-decked the boat. new floor, foam, stringers etc. the deck was glassed and coated with gelcoat. i think i walked on it too soon so there was alot of permanent dirt stains that would not come out. i think it was embedded into the gelcoat. anyway my plan is sand down the deck. i believe i would have to remove the wax first with some dewaxer or something. i really didnt like how the gelcoat came out. i wanted to change the color anyway and go with a darker grey. ive been reading alot about awlgrip, imron, ameron, interlux etc. my question is... whats the cheapest option of them all and would any of them last longer than the others. i prefer the glossy look but i will be adding some griptex for a non skid in some areas. i will be rolling and tipping as well
