Simply put; it's the one that gives the best performance while allowing the motor to operate within it's recommended WOT rpm operating range.

Your local Evinrude dealer should be able to let you test some props suitable for your boat, with the understanding that you'll purchase the one that works best.

My guess is that a BRP Raker II 14.5 X 22 would work well. But the only way to tell for sure is a water test.
