Re: what prop to use?

you cannot run the dual prop on the bravo 2 drive....most good stainless steel props run about 300-400 dollars....look for posts by a member here with the screen name cwii, he can tell you what prop would work best....why do you want to change props.....there is alot to know about changing props...good luck

not sure what greenwell is talking about not being able to use dual props on the B2 drive.

You are correct, the Bravo 3 drive is the one with dual props. The lower unit is the only difference, and it's a direct bolt on replacement for a B1 lower. B3 props are offered in even numbered pitches from 20 to 30. They are over $1200 new for a propset. They are available used on E-Bay, all the time for $600 or less.
There are three different "common" ratios for a B3, the 1.81 the 2.0 and the 2.2. The ratio is a combination of the upper and lower unit. However, if your B1 is a 1.5, I think there is "only 1" B3 lower gearset, so your drive would become a 2.0 to 1 B3. You would end up needinf about a 24 pitch propset, with a 2.0 to 1 B3 ratio.

Hope that helps.
