What should be connected to this flame arrestor?

These are the numbers on the engine cover sticker.

It has a holly carb.

I’m assuming some hoses are supposed to connected to this flame arrestor but none are. Bought it used, motor was supposedly swapped, and I don’t know nearly enough…. sigh

Any ideas?

There use to be a hose from where the valve cover breather is which ran up and connected to flame arrestor
