what size prop do i need for my boat

I have a 1967 sears runabout boat and it is rated for a 45 hp I currently have a 50 hp evinrude sizzler 1974 model it came off a pontoon boat and runs great but I think its a little heavy for the boat but im not sure
any help would be helpful

Don't know for sure. But it looks like you have long shaft motor on a short shaft transom.

+1. Looks like it needs to be moved up a lot. Do you have a tach? If so what is you're RPM @ WOT? What pitch prop is on the boat now? If it's the prop off the pontoon boat you probably need to go higher on the pitch.

How big is that boat?

Pull off the prop and read the size maybe stamped on the prop hub.

Doesn't matter. if motor and transom are incorrect.
