What size prop?

I have a 27' 1987 Mach 1 Concorde twin 350's . What size props are people running on there boat around this size with twins? I am having an issue I run about 42 mph at 3800 rpms at WOT . My current props that came with the boat are SS Mirage 23 pitch. I have a slight problem with the boat cavitating when trying to get on plane. Any suggestions on prop change or any thoughts?

Ayuh,.... If the motors are up to snuff, a set of 19" props oughta wake up the boat,...
