What to use to paint Interior fiberglass of my boat?

I just purchased a 15 ft angler boat and the interior is very dirty with this horrible astro turf type carpet which I am trying to rip out. Any suggestions on what to use to refinish the floor (very rough condition but solid) and sides ? My Brother once redid his and used sometime of splatter paint. But he is gone now so I can't ask.

Depends on what fininsh you are trying to have as an end result. Once you rip the old carpet out you should determine what other work is needed if any? Post a picture or two of the boat if you can.

An "alternative" interior finish is bed-liner. It is available in colors and very durable..... there is the carpet option too....... and yes a spatter type paint.

Since the carpet is trashed...... what is the condition of the interior wood components?
