what type of cleaner should i use

the cylnders are rusted up in my evinrude. i tried spraying wd40 in it every day through the spark plug holes. but that didnt work. what else can i use to free it?

Assuming that you mean that the pistons are stuck in the cylinders, remove the cylinder head, soak the edges of the pistons with some kind of penatrating oil. Then try to free the pistons by using a 2x2 piece of wood against the pistons and tapping the wood with a hammer.
