What type of Engine do I have?

Hi There! could anyone help me in finding out what type of engine do I have? and where can I find its specs? I read on the plate 74FHPBYC serial nr 101303621... It also says OMC by Volvo Penta
Can I tell from there if it is carburated or injection?... too little knowledge here ... see pic attached...

It's the OMC version while OMC and Volvo were in the joint venture between 94 and 98. It's a 7.4L Chevy MPI fuel injected engine.
