After I removed the stripe decals on the sea nymph I am re-doing I repaced it with the originsl design using Rust Oleum oil based paint with the hardener from Tractor Supply and the primer was Rust Oleum topside for bare metal. Now I would like to paint a small area just below the stripes. This area will be getting very wet during use. Will adding the hardner to the primer help the adheasion.
